We offer a high-quality silver conductive lacquer (conductive silver) with additional thinner.
This can be added as required to achieve a more fluid consistency.
It is very electrically conductive and can therefore be used wherever electrical conductivity is required.
It can be used on wood, plastic, glass, ceramics, textiles, paper, metal, etc.
Areas of application are:
Repair of heating conductors and cold solder joints
Application of conductor tracks on circuit boards and other components
Dissipation of static charges from components
Shielding against high-frequency fields
Contacts of all kinds
Composition:
Silver content Ag 45% ± 0.2%
Consumption approx. 0.5-1.5g per 100cm²
Application:
Shake very well before use as the silver settles in the container.
Drying time:
20°C / 30 min
80°C / 10 min
150°C / 5 min
Can be dried at any temperature up to a maximum of 150°C.
Properties of the dried surfaces:
Surface resistance: 0.04 to 0.02 Ohm (depending on layer thickness & drying temperature)
The thermal and electrical load capacity depends on the degree of drying and the type of heat conduction through the substrate.
Storage:
The silver conductive lacquer should always be stored well sealed and as cool as possible.
A refrigerator would be best.
There it can still be used after two years.
